We would like to say a huge thank you to all at Dingle and Way for the magnificent job you did refurbishing our home in Cornwall. You have helped us to transform what was an ageing and leaky conservatory into a fabulous room which is now very much a part of the house, a fabulous new roof and glazed gable with a splendid enlarged balcony – as well as dealing with a few ‘little extras’ along the way – like a new kitchen!

We have used many builders and as you know I myself am from the industry, so possibly more cynical than most. We used you without a tender process, because your price was where we expected it to be and because over the years, you have carried out excellent work for us, which has included attending to the most minor matters for us - work that other builders would have ignored. Even though this project was around the £100K mark, we didn’t want anyone else to do it and you didn’t let us down.

Your communication, customer care and attention to detail was superb throughout. Most importantly there wasn’t ever a member of your team that we weren’t happy having in the house. The team was extremely courteous and that was a major plus. You should be very proud of them.

If you ever need a reference we would be very glad to oblige. You deserve every success with your growing business. We will certainly recommend you to everyone we know and will keep using you ourselves, even for the most minor bits and pieces if that’s alright.
